Four people have been arrested on suspicion of manslaughter in connection with the deaths of two British teens who died in a rental cabin believed to be as a result of carbon monoxide poisoning.

Cherish Bean, 15, and her boyfriend Ethan Slater, 17, were found dead at Little Eden Holiday Park in Bridlington, England on Feb. 18, according to Humberside Police.

PEOPLE previously reported that three men had been arrested on suspicion of gross negligence manslaughter and have since been released on conditional bail.

Now, the BBC is reporting that a fourth man is also suspected. It is not clear if the men have been formally charged yet.

At an official inquest, a coroner said the couple were on vacation with Cherish’s family, staying in a separate nearby cabin, and were “fit and well,” the BBC reported.

The evening of their deaths, Cherish had complained of a headache and was given medication by her mother before going to bed, per the BBC.

Authorities have said they suspect the teens died as a result of carbon monoxide poisoning.

According to the BBC, a detective testified that a boiler was taken from the cabin and is being examined.

The four men potentially facing charges are involved in management and maintenance at the lodge park where they were staying, the detective reportedly said.

The teens’ families have since paid tribute to their children.

“My girl, my world, my love, my everything,” Cherish’s mom said, according to Humberside Police. “My perfect girl, my angel, has left this world, and we are broken as a family. I am broken as a mother, and I will never ever be the same again.”

Ethan’s parents also provided a statement through police.

“Ethan, you will always be remembered for the amazing young man you were, and the one you were destined to be,” his mother said. “Cherish was the apple of Ethan’s eye. Everyone could see how smitten they both were. She was beautiful, elegant, and made Ethan happy. We know you will keep each other young and safe. Look after each other. Rest in peace.”
