SNUBBED England star Phil Foden got over his World Cup heartache with a trip to the boxing.
The Manchester City ace was spotted giggling ringside at Tommy Fury‘s box-office clash with Eddie Hall on Saturday night.
The 26-year-old laughed all the way into the night alongside stunning girlfriend Rebecca Cooke.
Rebecca is the childhood sweetheart of the Prem ace and the 24-year-old tends to shun the limelight.
But the blonde beauty has stunned fans before as she bolstered the ranks of the England Wags at the Euros and World Cup.
Phil and Rebecca have a son called Ronnie, a daughter called True, and a third boy who was born in June 2024.
But, on Saturday night, the couple headed to the best seats in Manchester AO Arena.
The Beauty versus The Beast fight saw Tommy survive a 100lb weight difference to seal a points victory over the former World’s Strongest Man.
Hall began well but Tommy grew into the fight and took it to the scorecards.
The guest judges Tony Bellew, Derek Chisora and Chase DeMoor scored the fight 58-56, 58-56, 57-57.
The huge event attracted celebs from every walk of life.
Eagle-eyed fans will have spotted Tommy’s Love Island flame and now fiancee Molly-Mae, as the boxer revealed the name of their new baby boy.
And everyone seemed to be having a great time away from the glitz and glamour of the World Cup over 4,000 miles away – even Foden.
The England international missed out on a spot in Thomas Tuchel‘s final 26-man squad, despite making the 36-man shortlist.
Foden- who was named PFA Players’ Player of the Year in 2024 – has earned 49 caps for the Three Lions across two Euros tournaments, a World Cup, and the Nations League.
He reached two major finals with England in 2021 and 2024.
But it has not been confirmed by the German boss why he opted to leave the midfielder at home.
Many fans have pointed to his recent club form as Foden struggled to secure regular starts throughout the Man City campaign.
His position was another point of contention, as the England manager was tasked with a very difficult choice – knowing he could not please everyone.
And Foden is just one of the huge names missing out on a summer in the States with Cole Palmer, Trent Alexander-Arnold, and Harry Maguire also left at the airport.
