More than £9,000 has been raised in under 24 hours to pay for the funeral of a teenager whose body was recovered from a river.
Eden Bunn, 16, from Sutton Bridge, tragically died after the car she was travelling in entered the River Nene, at North Brink, near Wisbech, on Tuesday (March 17).
Since then, her family have paid tribute to her and a GoFundMe has been launched to give Eden “the best send-off”.
Declan Berry, 18, from Wisbech, who is believed to have been driving the blue VW Polo when it entered the water, is still missing.
Three other teenagers managed to escape from the car and were taken to Queen Elizabeth Hospital, in King’s Lynn, with non-life-threatening injuries.
Police have since confirmed that officers from a specialist operations unit continued to search the river throughout Thursday (March 19) for the missing 18-year-old man.

In a tribute, Eden’s parents, Lisa and Dean, her brother Jay, sister Shelby and nephew Axl said: “Eden was the kindest, most loving girl we could ever wish for.
“Her horses – Daisy and Dolly – were her world, and she was ours.
“Words cannot describe the tragedy that will stay with us until we are able to meet her again.”
The GoFundMe page, set up by Jasmine Rauch, reads: “Eden was not only a much-loved young lady to her family but also her friends.
“A truly remarkable, kind, thoughtful and caring young soul who has been taken far too soon.
“Please help us to help them at this very sad time, any donation will be greatly appreciated to give her the best send-off we could possibly give her and help towards her horses which were her world in this awful time.”
