‘Devoted and loving mother’- Heartbroken family pay tribute to the 32-year-old mum found ɗ:e:ɑɗ at a campsite in Milton, Nottinghamshire, as police reveal details of her final moments and make two ɑɾɾests

A DEVASTATED family has paid tribute to a “devoted” mum who was found dead at a caravan park as cops launch a murder probe.

Orinta Narbutaite, 32, was tragically discovered at the Longbow Residential Park in Milton, Nottinghamshire, on Friday, March 20.

Officers made the grim find in Main Street at around 3.12am and launched a murder investigation.

Orinta’s heartbroken family have now released a tribute to the “devoted and loving mother”.

In a statement released via Nottinghamshire Police they said: “It is with profound sorrow that we announce the passing of Orinta Narbutaite, a cherished member of our community whose kindness, dignity, and warmth left a lasting impression on all who knew her.

“Orinta will be remembered not only for her compassionate nature and quiet strength, but also for the genuine care and respect she showed to others.

“She had a remarkable ability to offer comfort and support, and her presence brought a sense of calm and reassurance to those around her.

“Above all, Orinta was a devoted and loving mother to her daughter, whom she cherished deeply.

“Her love, guidance, and dedication as a parent will remain a lasting part of her legacy.

“Orinta Narbutaite will be deeply missed and forever remembered. Her memory will continue to live on in the hearts of all who had the privilege of knowing her.”

Two men have since been charged with conspiring to prevent the lawful and decent burial of a body.

Donatas Noreika, 37, and Arturas Karvelis, 45, have been remanded in custody.

They are due to appear at Nottingham Crown Court on April 20.

A 64-year-old man and 60-year-old woman were also arrested but have since been released without charge.

The investigation into Orinta’s murder is ongoing and Nottinghamshire Police have asked anyone with relevant information to come forward.

Cops said the case was being referred to the Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC), a police watchdog, due to past involvement with Orinta.

Detective Inspector Matt Scott said: “Our thoughts remain with Orinta’s family and friends, who have asked for privacy at what must be an extremely difficult time.

“We are aware of speculation online following unverified information being shared. As the investigation progresses, please refer to updates issued on behalf of the force.”
