Woman and two children vanish in their pyjamas near Cornwall holiday park
Devon and Cornwall Police launched an urgent search for Shera-lea Wenman, 28, and two children, Darcey and Latalia, both aged seven
A woman and two children were reported missing, with worried police saying they were all believed to be in their pyjamas.
Shera-Lea Wenman, 28, went missing with two children – Darcey and Natalia, both aged seven – at around 11:30pm yesterday (Friday, March 27) near Hendra Holiday Park just outside Newquay, Cornwall.
Devon and Cornwall Police released pictures of all three alongside an urgent appeal. They said all three were wearing pyjamas but gave no further details about their clothing.
Police said they were specifically concerned about the welfare of Shera-Lea. Hendra Holiday Park is a large family resort off the A392 on the edge of Newquay.
A police statement said: “We are concerned for the welfare of Shera-Lea Wenman, aged 28.
“Shera-Lea was last seen with two children – Darcey and Natalia, both aged 7 – at around 11:30pm on Friday March 2026 near Hendra Tourist park in Newquay. They are all wearing pyjamas.
“If you have seen Shera-Lee, Darcey or Natalia, or have information that may help us to find them, please call police immediately on 999, quoting log 899 of 27/03/26.”
Since that appeal was made, the police have said all three have been found safe and well.
