Messages of sympathy have been shared following the sudden death of a “beloved husband, father, and family member”, who died suddenly expecting his second child.

Ayden Xola Peters, from Dundalk in Co Louth, Ireland, died unexpectedly on the morning of January 17 at just 32 years old, according to the Irish Mirror.

People close to his family have now set up a fundraising campaign to support his wife Neesha, who is seven months pregnant, and their two-year-old child.

“We have suffered the sudden and unexpected loss of a beloved husband, father, and family member. His passing has left our entire family in shock, and it is especially devastating for his wife, their 2 year old child, and their baby on the way.

“His wife and family are still in complete shock. There was no time to prepare for this kind of tragedy, and now, in the middle of overwhelming grief, they are having to face funeral costs and the reality of supporting a young family during the hardest moment of their lives.

“We are raising funds to help cover funeral costs and to provide financial support for his wife and children as they begin to navigate life without him. No amount can ever ease the pain of this loss, but your kindness and generosity can help relieve some of the burden and allow the family to focus on healing, grieving, and caring for one another.

“If you are able to donate, share, or keep this family in your prayers, it would mean more than words can express. Thank you for standing with us during this heartbreaking time and for showing compassion when it is needed most.”

The fundraiser has already raised more than €16,500, with contributions from over 300 people.

Further tributes were paid following Ayden’s death, including a notice published on RIP.ie, which stated that the Dundalk Institute of Technology graduate “leaves behind a legacy of love, kindness and devotion to his family”.

The notice continued: “Ayden will be forever cherished by his heartbroken wife Neesha, his beloved son Ahyan and his unborn baby. He is deeply mourned by his sister Meghan, his cousins, uncles, aunties, extended family and a wide circle of friends whose lives he touched with his warmth and spirit.

“Ayden will be remembered for his loving nature, his strength and the deep love he held for those closest to him.”
