TOMMY Fury is “devastated” after being forced to leave Molly Mae Hague and their new baby and return to his training camp a day after the birth, a source revealed.
The boxer flew back up to Manchester on private jet on Thursday less than 24 hours after Molly, 27, had given birth to their second child, according to the insider.
His fight against retired strong man Eddie Hall is set to take place on June 13.
The source told The Sun: “He flew back up to Manchester yesterday.
“He’s absolutely devastated but his fight is less than two weeks away so he knows he has to do it.
“He needs to focus on his training.
“Molly is upset too but she’s surrounded by family so she’s good and she understands why he has to do it.”
But the 27-year-old boxing champ has made plans to make sure he doesn’t miss out on the first days of the baby’s life as he trains hard for his upcoming fight.
The source added: “Tommy is going to get a screen with the baby’s camera streaming on it to keep him going.
“It’s going to be hard but it’s the only way.”
The family plan to reunite after the weekend when Molly and the kids will return to their home in Cheshire, according to the source.
The happy couple, who met on Love Island, posted an adorable picture of their newest arrival wrapped in a blanket in a hospital bed on Instagram on Wednesday evening.
The sweet black and white snap showed Molly sat on a hospital bed with her newborn, eldest daughter Bambi, three, and proud dad Tommy looking on.
A source had previously revealed how Tommy had made a mad dash to get to the hospital in time – taking a private jet down from his training camp as soon as Molly went into labour.
Molly was said to have been worried that her partner might not make it down in time, but the caring dad managed to get there for the birth.
A source said after the birth: “The baby is absolutely perfect. Molly is exhausted but doing well.
“She’s so glad Tommy made it down for the birth as she was so worried he might not get there in time.”
The happy couple captioned their birth announcement “…and then there were 4.”
Their fans and celebrity pals rushed to congratulate the family on their new arrival.
Stacey Solomon wrote: “Congratulations guys,” followed by two red heart emojis.
Maura Higgins added: “Congratulations again. So happy for you all.”
Netflix star Molly had previously told fans she would be giving birth to her at London’s Portland Hospital.
The celebrity favourite hospital is where Meghan Markle gave birth to her first son Archie.
In Molly’s “final video before birth” posted on Tuesday, she showed off her baby bump to fans.
Tommy is heard saying: “I don’t think there is anyone out there that could have had a better pregnancy than you, both times, in comparison to what people suffer with.”
Molly then said: “My body is absolutely ready, I’ve had so many sensations than I did with Bambi.”
Molly and Tommy have not revealed the baby’s gender or name yet.
